What does "Keiki" mean?
Keiki [kay key] is a Hawaiian word meaning "child", "children", or "kids".
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
Your item will take 2-3 days to be packed up for shipping at the warehouse. Once it has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with expected arrival dates. The warehouse is open Monday-Friday. If an order is placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend, the order will begin processing on Monday or the next business day, whichever is first. The warehouse is also closed on all major holidays. Shipping transit time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
Where is my item?
Immediately following checkout you should have received a confirmation email reviewing the items you have purchased. After the item has been packed and has left the warehouse, a tracking number should have been emailed to you. Please check your spam mail box to ensure that the email has not been marked as spam. If you still cannot find the tracking number, please email orders@keikikingdom.com and your email will receive a response within 24 hours.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Keiki Kingdom accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated by the subtotal of your purchase at checkout. Please see the chart below for ground shipping costs (rates are subject to change at any time, and without notice):

Is there an extra fee for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska?
No, there are no additional fees for orders being shipped to Hawaii & Alaska. Keiki Kingdom's Shipping Calculator displays shipping rates for the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. However, certain items may be shipped by boat due to its size and/or weight. After your order has been placed, a customer service representative will call or email you with notification of how your item will be shipped and delivered. If your item is delivered by boat, you will be notified of this prior to shipping from the warehouse. An additional 1-2 weeks is required for shipments by boat.
