The Keiki Bucks Rewards Program was created with you in mind! Plain and simple, the more you purchase the more rewards you will receive. Purchases will be tracked using a point system that is simple and easy to understand. Please see complete details below.

How does it work?
 Points are earned based on the subtotal of your purchase at checkout. The subtotal is the total purchase prior to tax, minus shipping costs, and minus any applicable discounts. There's no confusion on the point system; 1 point = $1.00. Points are rounded down to the nearest dollar. See chart for rewards goals.
How are my points tracked?
After you have signed up for the Keiki Bucks Rewards Program, your points will be tracked with the email address you entered at signup. Each time you checkout, make sure you use the same email address so that you will receive points for all purchases made.
How do I check my points balance?
You may request your points balance via email by writing to keikibucks@keikikingdom.com. You may also call us at (808)384-8473 to speak with a customer service representative Monday - Saturday 8AM to 8PM, Pacific Standard Time.
What if I change my email address?
Simply send an email to keikibucks@keikikingdom.com stating your old email address, new email address & your first and last name. An email will be sent out to both the old and the new email address for confirmation.
What if I believe my balance is not accurate?
If you believe that your points are not accurate, please write to keikibucks@keikikingdom.com and we will verify your points balance with our records and notify you if there is a change. You may also call us at (808)384-8473 to speak with a customer service representative Monday - Saturday 8AM to 8PM, Pacific Standard Time.
 Can I earn points on sale or clearance items?
Yes. Every dollar you spend towards Keiki Kingdom products (this does not include shipping & handling cost and applicable taxes), will earn you rewards for future purchases. Keiki Bucks can even be earned when purchasing gift certificates.
How do I know I've earned a reward?
You will receive an email stating your current balance following each checkout. If a reward is earned, a coupon code will be included in the email.
How do I redeem a reward?
Simply enter the coupon code at checkout and your discount will be applied. If you have any problems using your reward, please write to keikibucks@keikikingdom.com. Do rewards expire?
Rewards will expire 6 months (180 days) after they are issued.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your Keiki Bucks Rewards Points will expire after 400 days of inactivity.
May I combine Reward Coupons?
Unfortunately the system does not allow checkout with multiple coupons. HOWEVER if you have accumulated multiple coupons over a period of time and would like to combine them, please follow these steps:
- Complete checkout using one of your Rewards Coupons.
- Send an email to orders@keikikingdom.com with your additional remaining coupon codes.
- Upon verification of the additional coupons, a check will be made out to the purchaser IMMEDIATELY and mailed out to the same address that was entered at billing during the checkout process.
- A confirmation email will be mailed out notifying you that your check is in the mail and on it's way!
May I give my reward to a friend or family member?
Rewards are transferable and can also make a GREAT gift! If you would like to give your reward to a friend or family member, please email keikibucks@keikikingdom.com with your rewards program email address and the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the reward to. You may also call us at (808)384-8473 to speak with a customer service representative Monday - Saturday 8AM to 8PM Pacific Standard Time. It will take approximately 24-48 hours for the transfer to enter into the system. A confirmation email will be sent to both email addresses notifying of the transfer.
